There are many ways to serve with Mary’s Helping Hands, and we invite you to donate your time and talents to help local families in need. Whether you're shopping for clients, sorting and organizing donations, serving as a front desk receptionist, coordinating our next clothing drive, or using your professional expertise, there is a role for you!

Shopping for Clients:
As orders come in, you’ll help gather the specific items requested for each client. This is a flexible role that can be done during our open hours.
Sewing:
Got sewing skills? We need your help! 🧵💙
Our volunteers bless moms in need by creating handmade items with love—and we’d love for you to join in!
We’re currently looking for help sewing:
👶 Washable breast pads
🤱 Nursing covers
🛏️ Crib Sheets and Pack and Play Sheets

The good news? We often have materials ready to go—like old sheets for the pack and play sheets and soft t-shirts perfect for breast pads.
Reception:
This is a critical role where you'll welcome guests, help organize items from the storage room, answer phones, and assist with communication tasks. Regular commitment is important for this role, and you’ll receive training and support as you get started.
Currently looking to fill these time slots:
Wednesday 9 AM - 11 AM
Tuesday: 1 PM - 3 PM
Thursday: 9 AM - 11 AM & 1 PM - 3 PM
Sorting Donations:
We receive many donations that need to be sorted into bins. This is a flexible role where you can come in during our open hours to help with organizing and matching items.
Donation Drive:
A Donation Drive is how Mary’s Helping Hands began and continues to be central to our success! We provide everything your school, daycare, church, or neighborhood needs to host a successful drive. Click here to see an image outlining the easy steps for hosting your own donation drive.

We are excited for your help!
There is a wide range of opportunities to help make a difference in our community. It can be from creating marketing material, helping clean once a month, building baby bags when your schedule will allow or engaging directly with our clients.
Our volunteer coordinator will follow up with you and discuss the opportunities and get you information on next steps!
