Run with heart this fall at our Born to Run charity event! Choose between a professionally timed 5K or a casual 1 Mile Fun Run—both starting at 9 AM and winding through a scenic, looped trail near the brewery. It’s all about fitness, fun, and family while supporting the mission of Mary’s Helping Hands.

Registration:

• 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run: $37 per participant

• Prices increase to $45 after October 22, so don’t wait!

🎫 Includes race bib, swag (for participants 13+), and fun extras like ice cream and beer vouchers!

What’s Included:

• Chip-timed 5K (walkers welcome!)

• 1 Mile Fun Run for all ages

• Swag for runners 13+ (TBD), plus ice cream vouchers and beer coupons

• Goodies for kids 12 & under, including ice cream vouchers

• Fun, fellowship, and a great cause!

Family- & Pet-Friendly:

Strollers welcome on both routes, and friendly leashed dogs can join the fun!

Packet Pickup:

• Friday, Nov. 7 | 4–6 PM at Fitness Sports (8810 Swanson Blvd, Clive)

• Saturday, Nov. 8 | 8–8:30 AM at Confluence Brewing Co.

• Day-of registration available (8–8:30 AM) at a higher cost—space is limited!

All proceeds directly support Mary’s Helping Hands, providing clothing, diapers, and essentials to families with young children in Central Iowa—because every baby deserves a strong start.
