While our dedicated volunteers and generous clothing donations allow us to provide most of our services at no cost, a monetary gift is often the most impactful way to help. As our client base grows, we often need to thrift the most essential items. Our trained volunteer thrift shoppers know exactly what to look for, ensuring that your donation goes as far as possible. For the price of one sleeper, our shoppers can often find up to ten.

© 2025 · Mary’s Helping Hands is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides hope, love, and support to vulnerable new/expecting mothers, fathers, and caregivers, and their babies, during a child’s first two years of life. If you are pregnant or if you have a young child under age 2, we may be able to help by providing gently used baby clothing, hygiene, maternity, and other essential items during your time of need. All essential items are provided free to clients. No money is exchanged for these items. Financial gifts help Mary's Helping Hands Iowa continue to fulfill its mission. Donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
