If you are pregnant or if you have a young child under age 2, we may be able to help by providing gently used baby clothing, hygiene, maternity, and other essential items during your time of need. All essential items are provided free to clients. No money is exchanged for these items. Financial gifts help Mary's Helping Hands Iowa continue to fulfill its mission.
