Welcome to Mary’s Helping Hands
We offer hope, love, and support to expecting mothers, fathers and caregivers in need of assistance with their child's basic needs during the first two years of life.
We collect generously donated maternity and baby clothing, as well as nursery items, and ensure they reach expecting mothers and fathers in need.
Our Services
If you're pregnant or have a child under age 2, we can provide baby clothing, hygiene products, maternity items, and other essentials.
Most items are generously donated by our local community, with others purchased through grants and individual donations. All items are clean and in good condition.
Our goal is to deliver these essential items to vulnerable parents and caregivers across Iowa when they need them most.
